What happens when my Salto KS site’s subscription ends?
When a subscription expires, the associated IQs (Identity Credentials) are set to an “unsubscribed” status. In this state, the IQs will no longer respond to any lock access requests, and no further changes can be made to the corresponding access rights. Additionally, any offline access credentials that were configured on the locks (based on the audit trail) will remain unaffected when the subscription ends.
The management of access rights and credentials is recognized as a critical aspect of secure access control systems. Companies need to clearly define the process of handling subscription expirations to ensure a smooth transition and maintain the integrity of the access control infrastructure.
How do I find my sites subscription information?
The best way to find your sites subscription is to;
- Open your portal at app.saltoks.com
- Scroll down the left side of the page and click on Site
- Then click on the Subscription tab
- Please keep track of your Expiry Date

How Do I get a new renewal voucher?
You will need a few pieces of information first.
- Please provide your email address.
- Please specify if your Subscription Type is Lite or Pro.
- Please indicate your existing Code (See above).
- Please provide your Site Name and Site ID.

How do I apply the new voucher?
Navigate to the Subscriptions page and click the Activate Voucher button to activate your voucher. Next, fill in your voucher code to initiate the process. Afterward, confirm the details of your voucher by viewing an overview. Finally, click the Activate button to confirm and see your voucher initiated and visible in the Features overview.
